Kontur, 2017 — present

Kontur makes software for businesses: reporting, accounting, electronic documents. Since 2026 I have two roles at the same time.

Design Manager, Infrastructure · 2026 — present

• Lead 11 designers. The team makes the design system, widgets and shared services, for example the customer account
• One of three designers on the design council, together with the art director of Kontur development. We work on the common style, write design standards and help teams with difficult tasks
• Mentored six designers, now mentor two

Product Designer · 2018 — present

• Develop the Kontur UI design system and help teams use it. About 100 commercial and internal products use it
• Responsible for Kontur.Guides, the design system website. About 2,000 people use it regularly, including designers from large companies in Russia, the CIS and Europe
• Designed the Tax Monitoring interface from scratch. Sales results and client feedback show that the interface is one of the reasons clients choose Kontur. The product took 2nd place in a market that already had competitors
• Launched the Kontur ecosystem standards
• Designed Kontur.Market and Kontur.Extern. More than a million organisations use Extern
