• ⚡️ Develop the Kontur UI design system and help teams use it. About 100 commercial and internal Kontur products use it. More

Earlier at Kontur

• 🧾 Designed the Tax Monitoring interface from scratch. Sales results and client feedback show that the interface is one of the reasons clients choose Kontur. The product took 2nd place in a market that already had competitors. More
• 🧭 Launched the Kontur ecosystem standards
• 🖥 Designed Market and Extern. More than a million organisations use Extern
• 👕 Built a merch culture at Kontur — wrote an article about it (in Russian)
• 🎪 In 2017–2018 organised meetups, conferences, lectures and hackathons for developers and students, worked on the Kontur employer brand

Teaching and community

• 🎓 Created a course on the basics of product design for students of FIIT, the IT programme at Ural Federal University. Led the course for 6 years: about 650 students, 25 teachers. Still teach; handed over the course lead. More
• 🤘 Since 2018 I have organised Design Update, the only design meetup in the Urals. 8 events, up to 300 people. Candidates at Kontur interviews say they learned about the company at the meetup. More
• 🏆 Run KDA, the Kontur design “Oscars”, where we celebrate the most important work of the year. Also PechaKucha nights and other meetings for designers

Outside work

I love extreme sports, meditate, read comics and collect books for my home library. I visit museums in different cities and know a lot about beer and wine. I used to co-own Push in bar 🤙
